My product Key is not be recognized.
The most common reason for your key to not be recognized is that you may have an earlier Office edition on your computer (most of the time this is a trial version that came with your computer), and if so then you must uninstall it completely from your computer so that it doesn’t conflict with the installation of your new Microsoft Office.
To uninstall older versions of Microsoft Office:
1. Click on your start menu (the Microsoft Logo at the very bottom left hand corner of your screen)
2. Choose “Control Panel”
3. Choose “Add/Uninstall programs.” A list of all your programs will automatically populate. Uninstall
any program titled “Microsoft Office”, including all trial versions.
